Very professional service, quick and efficient on the phone. The delivery was on time and the installation was a very difficult job but they went the extra mile and managed to remove the old cooker and fit the new one. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a difficult to get Washing Machine. Howard's were my last hope and advised that they actually had one available. The sales assistant was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I live a fair distance from where there premises are located but arrangements were easily made for supply and delivery. Conveniently, the original agreed delivery was brought forward, which was really helpful for our needs. Would certainly recommend this company and my advice to them is: Keep up the good work & thank you.

Excellent service. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Tumble drier delivered and installed within days and exactly when they said that it would be. Cannot recommend highly enough and shall use for all my electrical appliances in the future.

Ordered a condenser dryer on-line one evening. Immediate response first thing the next morning from Dave.The dryer I chose was no longer available but he sourced another one for me and kept in touch regarding delivery etc. Delivered this afternoon by two very polite helpful delivery men. Unpacked plugged in and ready too go in a matter of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service a very pleasant change!
